Handles are in different locations on the tank so you can choose where you want to hold it. You can also use the weight you choose and change it later to make it heavier or lighter.

Very good quality not afraid to be a little rough with it. Also love the feel of the handles. Definitely can tell you’re getting a more intentional workout with the unstable water weight
