I use Tidal Tank for baseball training with pitching specific movements. I’ve only had them for one month but they’ve been great. Easy to set up and use.

Having a piece of dynamic equipment in my quiver of recovery tools has been a game changer for me. I am once again noticing big improvements instead of having to rely on people who don’t see me often, commenting on how much better I look.
