Baseball Bundle

The Tidal Tank was easy to set up. More fun with the color additive for the water (red/blue). We selected this for our physical therapy clinic to add challenge to sitting and mobility activities that we can't achieve with standard therapy equipment. Patients have been receptive to this tool and find it challenging.

I hold a few coaching certifications, there are three immediate reasons that I like the Tidal Tank. 1.) It’s fun to use. 2.) It is great for programming movements that offer a different load demand than static weights. 3.) I find it beneficial for programming accessory exercises that compliment traditional exercises.

I have been looking for nontraditional ways to keep things fresh and from hitting potholes and this is that. I originally got this for my son to work on some hitting stability balance, and core work and I have been using it for some other muscle exercises and overall strengthening. This thing will kick your butt.

I love the fact that the weight can be adjusted so easily. I use it for myself 35yo and my 9u baseball player. We recently started adding some equipment to the garage to train for the baseball season and this is our favorite. Very durable. Can work on batting and throwing without switching to another piece of equipment.

Gave this to my 15 year old son for his birthday. He plays baseball, and they use this where they train.

I needed something to help me train at home when I couldn't make it to the gym, and a standard set of dumbbells is pretty expensive and limited. Tidal Tank gives me so much flexibility and the liquid inside helps train not just weight but also balance and stability, which hits my muscles in a whole new and different way. It's been a great way to supplement my weight training.

The ability to change dynamics of workouts with the use off the instability water

The tidal wave is made of quality materials and is easy to use. I also like the fact that you can add weight to it as you advance.

The dynamic movement of the water within a sturdy container was amazing at first try. I've used this daily since I purchased it and have really enjoyed trying all the different movements. I haven't filled it with more than 10lbs so far and that has been enough to really hit the core and shoulders. I cant wait to get a couple more to have varying weights available for workouts.

I would like to enhance my workoutroutines with the Tidal Tanks. So far I worked with static weights and I expect that the training with water inside will be much more challenging
